We get 40-60 customer chats each weekend through Intercom, mostly order tracking and subscription changes. We need someone to cover Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 5pm Eastern, using our help-centre macros. Done means weekend chats answered within 10 minutes and anything unusual handed over on Monday.
