How a task moves

Every task carries one of these stamps. Here's what each one means.

  1. Draft

    You describe it

Write the job the way you'd explain it to a colleague. The brief writer turns it into scope, deliverables, skills and a timeline. You edit anything and set the budget yourself.

  2. Open

    It reaches the right people

The brief goes to providers who work in that category. Each one who wants the job sends a price, a timeline and a note on how they'd do it.

  3. Awarded

    You pick one

Compare proposals side by side, shortlist, and message providers before you decide. Accept one and the others are told the job is taken.

  4. Completed

    The work gets done

Agree the details in the same conversation. When the work is delivered, mark the task completed.

What companies hand off

Straight answers

What does it cost?
Posting tasks and sending proposals is free. Taskedwright doesn't handle payments yet, so you agree terms and pay your provider directly.
Who are the providers?
Agencies and independent specialists with a public profile showing their categories, skills and rates. Read the profile before you accept a proposal.
Does the AI set my budget?
No. The brief writer drafts the scope only. You set the budget, providers set their price, and you can edit every word before the brief is published.
Who sees what I type?
Only you. Your original description is kept with your task for reference. Providers see the brief you publish, nothing else.

Got something to hand off?

Describe it in a sentence. You'll see the brief before anything is published.
